Touch and Agree Consulting was founded on a simple belief: every business deserves access to experienced, reliable, and compassionate Human Resources leadership.
Throughout her career, Ingrid Tolliver has worked alongside executives, managers, and employees across diverse industries, supporting union and non-union workforces and organizations experiencing growth, transition, and change.
Her professional journey includes building HR departments from the ground up, developing workplace policies and procedures, managing complex employee relations matters, strengthening benefits administration, leading workplace investigations, and coaching managers through challenging workforce decisions.
These experiences reinforced an important lesson: effective Human Resources is not simply about enforcing policies or managing processes. It's about understanding people, developing leaders, building trust, and creating solutions that support business success.
